Hours after being released from the hospital, Britney Spears is back behind the wheel.
Shortly after arriving to her Beverly Hills home from Cedars-Sinai, where she'd been since early Friday morning, the 26-year-old drove her white Mercedes convertible to the end of her gated community — but made a U-turn home after seeing all the paparazzi.
